Recently, some trainees have asked questions about basic operation of the machines within a few days of induction, or in some cases not even retained info until the end of the induction.

I propose we change the format of printer training to match the initial session + assessment (on another day by a different trainer) format used for the laser cutters.

This should help to ensure that new trainees are able to remember the critical information necessary to operate the machines safely beyond the training session.
