Hazardous waste disposal policy

We currently do not spell out our position on hazardous waste disposal.

We recently had an incident with used motor oil and batteries left in the space, which made it apparent that we do need an explicit policy.

I propose a bylaw regarding hazardous waste.

Please read and let me know your thoughts.

I haven't got the 2 batteries from EWP to recycling, if those are the ones referred to

@Renae I was thinking of a previous incident from a few months ago, where we accidentally shorted out some batteries by rolling a steel table into the battery terminals, causing fireworks.

The draft policy was approved at today's committee meeting.
